Account & data deletion

Delete data stored on your phone

Open your phone’s Settings, find Wick & Wax in the app list, then choose Storage and clear the app’s data. Menu names may vary by device. This removes the local journal from that phone.

If you want to keep your records, export a JSON archive from Account → Your records before clearing the app data. Delete the exported file separately if you no longer need it.

Request deletion of your Wick & Wax account

Email us from the address linked to your Wick & Wax account, or include that address in your request so we can verify ownership. Tell us that you want the Wick & Wax account and its associated data deleted. We may contact you to confirm the request before processing it.

This request concerns Wick & Wax data only. It does not delete your Google account. Never send your Google password, sign-in link or verification code.

If no email app opens, write to support@vemlee.com with the subject “Wick & Wax account and data deletion request”.

What happens after you contact us

We use the information in your message to verify and handle the request. If you have an exported JSON archive, remove that file separately from your phone or downloads folder; account deletion does not remove copies you saved outside Wick & Wax.
